We were your first class at Holy Spirit High School.
 These words taken from our yearbook say it all.....

"Among our most recent faculty additions 
we have loveable, affable Father Barth. 
Within a few short months, 
he has endeared himself
 to everyone with whom he came in contact.

 His excellent religious instructions 
are impressed firmly upon our minds,
 but more so is his cordial attitude and genial nature.

 To you, Father, we say "God love you."

on February 7, 2010 at the age of 80.
He served us all as a priest for 54 years.
